Green Feather Dog Skirt

Chandelle turkey feather are hand sewn onto a taffeta shell with a velvet waistband and bow.  The skirt has matching suspenders with silver buckles and hand-shaped clips. A rhinestone heart charm at the neck finishes the look.

This design comes in red, green and black.
