Red Plaid Skirt

A darling skirt made from seersucker plaid with a white eyelet trimmed crinoline petticoat. Brass hardware and chain detail finish the look. Pair it with the eyelet blouse for the perfect ensemble. The skirt closes at the waist with velcro.
