Our signature harness vest in red netting with thousands of sewn-on matte sequins. Chiffon flower accents finishes the look.
My design challenge here was to create a vest that could easily be worn by itself or with the cute tees I designed, and, that different skirts could be easily attached. a neck belt threads through the side straps. It can be removed and replaced with a ribbon, or even your own collar. it closes at the waist with Velcro. D-rings close the neck belt.
